Mobile healthcare is something that not a lot of people are familiar with. We want to take some time and introduce you to in-home healthcare and what you need to know before scheduling your first appointment.
What is Mobile healthcare?
We come right to you! We bring everything we will need for the treatment including a treatment bed. Treatments will last between 45 minutes to an hour. We don’t require much space to do the treatment – usually 4×6 feet. We can even treat you in a chair or your own bed depending on the area we are treating. We also don’t require a clean home! We can treat you no matter the state of your home, it’s important to us to meet you where you are at! We are also okay with pets around! If you feel like your pet is in the way or is distracting you can feel free to put them away. We kindly ask no pets on the treatment beds.
How do I pay?
Our preferred method of payment is card on file to a contactless experience. Your healthcare provider will also bring a square so we can accept mastercard, visa, or debit! We also accept e-transfers. We can direct bill to most insurance companies as long as we have your insurance information at least 24 hours before the appointment! We send you an intake form and you can fill out all that information on there.
My parent is in a personal care home. Would you be able to go in to treat them there?
Yes, we are able to go into personal care homes! You don’t have to worry about finding a ride for your parent! We also don’t require you to be there with your parent, but if you would like to sit in for the appointment you are welcome to!
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! We offer virtual physiotherapy, dietitian, and counselling appointments!
