FAQs

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No referral is required—our licensed physiotherapists are primary care providers. You can book an appointment directly. In some cases, your insurance provider may ask for a doctor’s note to process coverage.

Will my insurance cover in-home physiotherapy??

Yes, most plans do! We do recommend reaching out to your insurance company before the appointment to confirm OR reach out to us and we can look into your coverage for you!
