Sessions for a patient after hospital discharge typically include mobility progression and reconditioning, environmental assessments, equipment recommendations, and referral to other services (e.g. occupational therapy). As per the recent announcement by Manitoba Health, if you have just had your hip or knee replaced you qualify for funding through the government for your physiotherapy.
