Marketing & Onboarding Coordinator
Hello there! My name is Crystal! I am the Marketing & Onboarding Coordinator for PhysiGO Services. I help our company find great people and make sure they feel at home when they join us. As a Marketing and Onboarding Coordinator, my job is to share our story, find the right people, and help new employees start their new jobs easily. I believe that a great experience starts before your first day, so I work hard to make sure what we say online matches how nice it feels to work here.
In my marketing work, I create simple campaigns and handle our social media to show what makes our company great. Once we find the right people, I step in to help them join the team. Starting a new job can be stressful, so I turn it into a friendly, clear, and organized process so everyone can succeed right away.
A big part of my marketing job is making sure that people who need our help can find us easily. I work hard to guide people right to our services without any confusion or stress. It is very important to me that when someone is looking for a solution, our doors are open and the path to get help is as simple and clear as possible.
Most of all, I truly care about everyone who works here. I am always here to listen, help, and make sure everyone feels welcome and supported from day one. I constantly update our training and setup steps to keep things smooth, easy, and deeply human.
